~~~~~ A limo pulls up in the parking lot backstage reading “Superstar 1” on
the licence plate.
Out steps Saliva Lead singer Josey Scott, followed by fellow band members.
The Crowd Roar as they walk through the corridors backstage.
Keith: And ladies and gentlemen there they are! Tonight, Saliva will be
performing tonight on SLAM!! Stay tuned to that one cause its gonna be off
the charts!
Conrad: I can't wait!
~~~~~ SLAM opens up with a packed arena.
The cameras are panning around the crowd as the fans are getting ready for
the DIWF to get back into action.
People are holding up signs, banners, and pictures giving props to their
favorite superstars or putting down the DIWF'ers they love to hate.
Suddenly, pyro starts to go off and all the fans go wild.
Keith N: Hello fans, and WELCOME BACK to the DIWF! It's been
a while, but it feels just like we never left. With me as always is
my broadcast partner, Conrad Germain.
Conrad: Listen to this audience. They sound almost as excited
to be here as us. Long live the DIWF!
The DIWF-Tron lights up with the DIWF logo, and "Simply the Best" by Tina
Turner starts to play over the PA.
The fans blow the room off of the arena as THEIR world heavyweight champ
and OWNER of the DIWF, Omega walks down to the ring dressed in a 3 piece Armani
suit and carrying HIS world title on his shoulder.
Omega goes over, gets a mic, and steps through the middle ropes into the
ring.
He walks around a second, takes it all in, and smiles.
Omega: HAHAHAHA!!! Oh yes! The DIWF is back and in business!
We get things started in full swing tonight, with none other than ME, the
BEST, in the main event!
The crowd cheers loudly.
Omega: Now, all of you know that I am in charge of the DIWF these
days, and as promised, let's get things going by taking a look at where we
last left off.
Omega motions to the DIWF-Tron as the house lights dim and scenes from last
year's DIWF OBLIVION are seen.
Once again, Starr and Omega lock up.
Omega goes behind Starr and locks him in a wristlock.
Wesley reverses it quickly.
Omega back elbows Starr in the face, then locks him in an arm wringer.
Wesley rolls out of the submission and takes down Omega with an armdrag.
Omega gets to his feet and springs forward for Starr's leg, but Wesley jumps
out of the way.
Omega comes back and locks his arms around Starr's waist.
Omega takes Wesley down to the canvas and locks him in a front facelock,
but Starr counters with a Northern Lights suplex.
As though he hasn't been hurt, Omega gets to his feet and knees Starr in
the gut, knocking him into a corner.
Omega repeatedly rams his shoulder into Wesley's gut until Starr just falls
out of the corner.
Omega stands over Starr, but again, Jessica jumps onto the apron.
This time, however, Madison pulls Jessica off.
With the crowd behind him, Omega locks Wesley in the Omega Resort.
Wesley Starr is writhing in pain.
Wesley Starr submits after 9 seconds.
The crowd is behind Omega all the way.
Omega helps Wesley Starr to his feet.
Omega raises Starr's hand in his own and the crowd gives a roar like has
never been heard before in the DIWF.
Omega: Kid, you did me proud. You were the champion i knew you would be.
You dominated every division you were in, and it was my privilege to wrestle
you in my very last match. The DIWF was better for your presence, and i will
always remember you as one of my TOUGHEST opponents! Thank's Wes, you made
it worth the while.
The crowd gives Starr as standing ovation as he heads to the locker room
and out of the ring one final time.
Starr waves to the crowd and smiles as he heads to the back.
Omega: All of 'em. Oblivion has all the gold, just like it shoulda been
for the whole of the 5 year span of the DIWF. But seriously, how many titles
have i held?? Not counting tonight..lemme see...26 DIWF titles! Not to mention
a King of the Ring, Tag Team King of the Ring, and Royal Rumble winner! Not
to mention the only DIWF superstar to gain over 100 wins! Not to mention the
longest title reigns of stable, internet tag, world tag, and world title belts
in the DIWF! Definately a lot of history in this place. Which brings me to
this...what has the DIWF meant to me all these years? For that, lemme ask
all of Oblivion to come down here and share this with me for one last time.
Ladies and gentlemen, welcome all the champions of the DIWF! YOUR champions!
All of Oblivion come to the ring carrying their title belts.
The crowd erupts as all of Oblivion come down to the ring to stand with
Omega.
Just then the DIWF Theme plays and Dave Gabriel comes out still in his wrestling
attire, still as Viper.
Viper: You thought it was all over with didn't you? You managed to beat
Starr, but thats not it, I may not have been able to get the job done on
WAR, but I have someone here who I think will beable to do just that...
The lights in the DIWF arena go out just as soon as the final match of the
card ends, suddenly the Y2J Countdown appears on the DIWF-tron and the fans
go wild.

Keith: My God, its Jericho! He's back! This isn't no video tape.
Conrad: So what? What can he do?
The fans go nuts chanting Y2J!
Viper and Chris Jericho look at each other and then down at Omega.
Keith: What?! Are they going after Omega! My God!
Conrad: There's no way!
Keith: Will Viper and Jericho get back control of the DIWF?
Conrad: Omega is the best! They can't beat him!
Keith: Well it looks like they are atleast going to try! Damnit! We're out
of time!
Keith: That's what you think... Oh no... We're out of time...
Conrad: I thought we were on Pay-Per-View! There's no time limit!
Keith: Can this really be the end? I don't know!
Conrad: I said... We're on Pay... Per... View...!
Keith: So long everybody!

The DIWF-Tron goes black and the lights come back up as Omega is smiling
in the ring.
Omega: Now that's what you all saw. But, for those in attendance,
you also saw that which no one else could... Roll the tape!
The DIWF-Tron lights up again.
Viper and Chris Jericho rush down to the ring.
As soon as they slide in the ring, they are jumped by all members of Oblivion.
The numbers are just too much for Viper and Y2J to overcome.
Crash, Burn, and Mike Sound are all stomping on Viper.
Venom, Lance Storm, and RI are putting the boots to Viper.
The Ravagers go over to Jericho, pick him up, and give him the Heavy Heart.
Venom goes over and picks up Viper.
He is about to give Viper the Venom Strike when Madison comes over and stops
him.
Madison looks at Viper and then gives him a low blow.
Viper doubles over but Venom just yanks him up by the hair and delivers
a vicious Venom Strike.
Lance Storm goes over and puts the Canadian Maple Leaf on the dazed Jericho.
Omega gives the crowd the high sign before he locks the Omega Resort on
Viper.
Both Jericho and Viper are writhing in pain and tapping as the other members
of Oblivion stomp on them mercilessly.
The crowd is going nuts and the ring is quickly filling with debris.
Finally, Omega and Storm release their holds.
Jericho and Viper are picked up and uncerimoniously dumped out of the ring
onto the floor.
EMT's quickly run down to check on the fallen competitors.
Conrad: That's what they get for trying to mess with the BEST in the
DIWF! Long live Oblivion!
Keith: This isnt over yet! Viper and Jericho will be back, mark
my words!
The DIWF-Tron goes black once again as the house lights come back up.
Conrad: Ah, almost brings a tear to your eyes, doesnt it? Beautiful.
Keith: It makes me sick. Dave Gabriel is the rightful owner
of this fed. He made it. If I wasnt so glad to be back, I think
I'd get up and leave right now.
Omega: And there you have it. Those two idiots thought that
they could take on Oblivion all by themselves?! HAHAHAHA!!! Please.
Everybody knows that I make a MUCH better prez than Viper ever did anyways.
He brought in that freak Y2J to try and get a coup going. Didn't work,
did it? Jericho was never more than a carbon copy of me anyways.
And all the fans, wreslters, and board members know that a copy is NEVER as
good as the original. Now enough talk. I hereby RE-OPEN the DIWF!
Let's get to the action!
Keith: This is terrible, Omega can't run the DIWF.
Conrad: What do mean? This is great! Omega is now like... well... He's like
the President!
Keith: President? Oh come on....
Conrad: He's running the Federation isn't he? I'd say that pretty much makes
him the President of the DIWF.
Keith: He can't be the President! Everyone knows Dave Gabriel ownes this
place.
Conrad: Well, where is he? He... or is it Viper now... Him and Y2J Chris
Jericho... they're in the hospital recovering.
Keith: Omega... DIWF President... It can't be true... Can it?
Omega exits the ring and goes to the back.

Venom: You know who I wish was here? Catalyst. Oh man,
ever since I heard him shooting his mouth off in WCIW, I wanted to let him
revist what it meant to be DESTROYED!
Omega: Speaking of hearing people talk...Lance, Madison, i got a job
for you two...
Omega laughs and closes the door to HIS office.

Omega: No one by that name around here, we had all those pesty Vipers exterminated...
But I remember you, I think kicked your ass many many times, but I can't remember
for sure... What do you want?
Insane: Well, Looking over your currently title scene, I can see that the
former crusier player champion has not returned to action, and has thus lost
the company money by not competing on television.
Omega: Explain.
Insane: Well, many DIWF Fans come specicfically to watch a title defence,
as it adds 100% excitment to the card. Therefore, a lot of fans aren't getting
what they paid for. Thus, my suggestion... Abdicate the Crusier Player
title to me, and i'd be more than happy to carry the title around, and give
these fans what they wanna see! Firstly, me! but then, ME with a DIWF Title
around my waist. Truley a PERFECT way to make a lot of money out of the fans.
Omega: But...
Insane: But wait! Should the title be abdicated to me, not only will ticket
sales go up, but, in turn, merchanidse sales of, Not only, Insane merchandise
rise, but, all other wrestlers will experience improved sales due to fans
buying thier merchandise when Insane merchandise sells out!
Omega: I won't just hand you a title...
Insane: Omega... sir... I'm a business focused man, Give me a decent answer
later on, I'll be waiting.
Insane leaves a folder marked "Business proposals" on the table, and leaves.

a side table…
SP-Rage: Well, gentlemen it was a privileged performing with you all on
this very special and momentous occasion, indeed without your aid I believe
we would never have been persuaded to make an appearance, so we thank you…

SP-Rage: well my friends, I think the score is in need of being firmly settled.
We know you 2 and I long with my brother have had a lot business in which
we have both been involved, whether it be joining HoE, the demise of HoE,
our differences our similarities our countless encounters within the squared-circle.
Basically we have a history that has been festered within the DIWF.
Now the DIWF has returned for one more run, and so have we. And to the best
of my knowledge, Satan, Anubis, I believe we always worked better as a unit,
than adversaries…
Metal Head: So what do you say guys, for now at least. We come to you with
an offer of a merger which merely beneficial to both of our careers…

as Dredge slides out of the ring and starts looking under the ring for something.
Cinder turns his attention to Rampage, who's starting to get to his feet.
He cracks Rampage in the back of the head and sends him to the mat.
By this time Dredge has slid two tables into the ring.
Dredge grins as he holds a noose in his hand as he climbs back into the
ring.
Cinder sets up the tables in opposite corners as Dredge puts the noose around
Rampages neck.
Dredge whips Rampages and snatches the rope pulling him back violently and
executes a spinebuster slam.
Cinder catches the noose and finishes off the aided Slipped Knot with a
neck breaker through the table.
The crowds jeers are entirely off the charts by now.
Cinder looks around, a wicked grin seen from under his mask.
He points to the other corner and makes the throat cutting motion.
Without a word Dredge picks up Chaos as Cinder climbs to the top rope.
Dredge has his back to Cinder with Chaos in position for a powerbomb.
Dredge lifts him up and holds him momentariy.
Almost as one Dredge starts to bring Chaos down as Cinder flys off the top
rope, momentum sending him into a front somersault and catches Chaos in a
neckbreaker/diamond dust hybrid through the table.
Chaos folds up like an acordian and the crowd goes deathly silent.
Cinder gets to his feet and he and Dredge look at the destruction they've
caused.
They have but a few minutes to bask as the rest of Oblivion starts running
to the ring.
Cinder and Dredge quickly slide out of the ring and escape through the crowd
as Oblivion tends their fallen comrades.

The camera moves in closer and peers into the box, where the head from the
